Weight Loss Challenge

The Weightloss Challenge is a 12 week program run by Herbalife with Carol Gore being our Personal Weight Loss Coach. Already being a member of Vitality Healthy Foods, Run Walk for Life, together with a wealth of knowledge from Weighless and Weight Watchers, I started this new journey in my life. Two weeks into the challenge I then joined the Get Fit Challenge 2010 at Virgin Active.

About Me

Liz Bisschoff: Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa; 2010 is the year that I have decided to get down to a normal weight so have entered 2 challenges to help keep me motivated and stay on track. The first challenge is a Weightloss Challenge based on the "Biggest Loser" and the second challenge is the GetFit Challenge 2010 with Virgin Active. So wish me luck. I can do this!
